This document outlines the rights, responsibilities, and conditions of use for every registered member on the baji love platform. Please read the full document carefully before creating a membership.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji love platform and all services included within it. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of these Terms — it is important to read that as well before creating a membership.
baji love reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be considered effective from the date they are published on the website. Members are advised to review this page regularly.
Membership Eligibility
1.1 Age and Legal Capacity
To open an account on baji love and use any betting or casino services, you must be at least 21 years of age (21+). Providing false age or identity information at the time of registration is strictly prohibited. If required, baji love may request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification.
1.2 Geographic Restrictions
It is entirely your responsibility to comply with local laws in the region where you reside. The service may not be used from regions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted. baji love does not accept liability for registrations or transactions processed from restricted areas.
1.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person will be considered bonus abuse, and a decision may be made to suspend or close all such accounts.
Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on baji love, accurate and complete information must be provided. Correctly filling in your name, mobile number, email, and date of birth is mandatory. Registering with incorrect information may cause problems during the verification process and may result in account suspension.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised use of your account or suspicious activity, you must notify the baji love support team immediately. baji love will not be liable for any loss resulting from providing login details to a third party.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of the account verification process, members may be asked to submit a national ID card or other government-issued document. 2.4 Account Closure
Members may request to close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on baji love can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes
The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
3.3 Transaction Security
All financial transactions on the baji love platform are secured through SSL encryption. The name on the payment method must match the account name — transactions using a third party's account are not acceptable.
3.4 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection
In cases of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, baji love reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit or withdrawal request. Before such a decision is made, the member will be given the opportunity to provide the necessary information.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000. To cash out this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning in the above example, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be completed.
4.2 Other Promotions
baji love runs various weekly and special offers for regular members. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and expiry period, which will be detailed on the offers page. Only one active bonus may be used at any given time.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus benefits, using the service from the same device or IP address, or artificially inflating wagering amounts — all of these are prohibited. If abuse is proven, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a specific expiry period. If wagering conditions are not met within the expiry period, the bonus and all winnings earned from the bonus will be cancelled. Contact live chat for any questions regarding bonuses.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Validity of Bets
Registered members on baji love may participate in sports betting, casino games, and other services. Once a bet is finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. baji love reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
5.2 Match Cancellation and Suspension
If a game or match is completely cancelled, the bet amount for that match will be refunded to the member's account. If a match does not finish within the scheduled time — particularly due to bad weather or any other reason — baji love will make a decision in accordance with standard industry guidelines.
5.3 Live Betting
In live betting, odds change at every moment. If the server calculates new odds before a bet is confirmed, the bet will apply at the new odds. If the internet connection is lost, any bet in progress at that time will be saved.
5.4 Maximum Win Limits
There may be limits on the maximum amount that can be won on a single bet or within a specific time period. These limits are reviewed from time to time and may change. Members are advised to contact the support team to find out the applicable limits.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Misconduct and Fraud
The following activities are completely prohibited on baji love and are subject to penalties:
- Attempting to access another member's account.
- Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
- Operating an account with a false identity or forged documents.
6.2 Account Suspension
If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, baji love may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the balance. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may be informed.
Responsible Gaming Policy
7.1 Setting Limits

Liability and Dispute Resolution

baji love will not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss suffered by a member due to technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. However, baji love is committed to providing a reasonable resolution in cases of direct loss to a member caused by the platform's own errors.
10.2 Dispute Resolution Process
If you have a complaint about a bet, transaction, or decision, first contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Most disputes are resolved quickly this way. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to the senior compliance team.
10.3 Applicable Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms will follow established international e-commerce and online gaming principles. Every effort will be made to resolve any dispute amicably.
Terms Amendments and Effect
11.1 Right to Amend
